With the careful organization and coordination of Tongling Bureau of Science and Technology, Professor Xia Yu and his team from Jiangnan University visited Tongling Jingke on the morning of September 12 for a special industry-university-research docking activity. Zhou Zhihui, General Manager of Tongling Jingke, extended a warm welcome to the guests. Zhang Zhongtao, Head of the R&D Department, and Xie Dongbao, Head of the Fermentation Department, also attended the exchange meeting.
Centered on in-depth integration of industry, university and research, the event aims to tackle practical technical and production bottlenecks of the enterprise relying on university’s research capacity and fuel the company’s innovative growth. During the meeting, Zhang Zhongtao delivered a keynote presentation, elaborating on Jingke Biotechnology’s technical strengths, ongoing projects and pending technical challenges, laying a clear roadmap for technical cooperation. Professor Xia Yu introduced the core technologies, research progress and achievements of his research group at Jiangnan University, covering commercially mature projects and prospective joint R&D initiatives with the company. Both sides reached an agreement to strengthen regular communication on technologies and future projects in follow-up work.
Professor Xia voiced optimism about future cooperation. He pointed out that Tongling Jingke and his research team enjoy high technical compatibility across multiple fields, paving ample room for long-term in-depth collaboration.
This docking session has built a solid cooperation platform between Tongling Jingke and Jiangnan University. It facilitates technological upgrading and innovative development of Tongling Jingke while creating opportunities for the university to translate lab research into industrial applications. We look forward to the two parties joining hands to accomplish fruitful achievements in the days ahead!
