To mark the Work Safety Month, Xuancheng Jingke Biotechnology Co., Ltd. organized an emergency drill based on the confined space emergency response plan. The drill is designed to strengthen staff safety awareness and verify & upgrade the company’s capability to handle accidents arising from confined space operations.

Confined space operations entail inherent safety risks due to their special working conditions. Attaching great importance to work safety, Xuancheng Jingke holds regular emergency drills. By simulating real confined space accidents, the company verifies the practicability of its emergency plan and improves employees’ emergency response as well as self-rescue and mutual-aid capabilities for rapid and orderly on-site handling amid emergencies.
The drill simulated an unexpected incident during confined space work. Upon receiving the drill order, the emergency rescue team assembled promptly and carried out a full set of response procedures including accident alerting, personnel evacuation, on-site rescue and first-aid treatment in strict accordance with the pre-set plan.

All emergency teams collaborated efficiently with smooth workflows and standardized operations throughout the drill, which effectively validated the feasibility of the emergency plan and employees’ practical operational skills. After the drill, the company held a wrap-up meeting to conduct assessment and feedback for further optimization of the emergency plan.

Adhering to the guideline of "Safety First, Prevention Foremost", Xuancheng Jingke will keep tightening work safety administration and upgrading employees’ safety skills & emergency disposal capacity. Together with all staff, the company will build a safe, healthy and high-efficiency working environment to underpin its steady development.
